This time I made the reservation for my colleagues who visited in Munich for the business meetings. When they checked-in (because of the flight, in the late evening), I took them to the hotel and tried to support their check-in procedures, because they could not speak English well. Then I was disappointed at the attitude of a front desk woman staff. I showed her their Booked.net reservation sheet, however, she ignored it and force us to tell each name coercively. I picked up negative vibe from her. It was the first time for me to use this hotel, but I will never use it again.

The hotel is modern, rooms are big, nice style (exactly as it's on the pics); free soft drinks from mini bar are very pleasant; it is perfect for business trips. Accessible from S-bahn station by foot about 10 min. A big mall only 10 min on the bus.

The hotel is situated in the industrial area, so after about 8 P.M. there's literally nobody in the street, so, as I was by myself (I'm a girl), it was pretty scary to walk from the station listening to my own steps and I preferred to take a taxi. For a city trip I'd choose a hotel closer to the center, but as I came during the Oktoberfest, there was no choice.

The rooms here are nice with convenient amenities like a microwave, the location is excellent, and the food selection is great - no complaints at all.

Our room was very clean and comfortable. The staff were pleasant and we were able to check in early which was a huge help to us. We were not aware that they had a wellness center, which was a fun surprise.

Bed linen was poor quality and not very comfortable.

Spacious rooms here. the building is really nice, and it's so convenient being close to a supermarket, a great pizza place, the train station 🚉, and a restaurant.

My bed in room 257 was extremely uncomfortable as they squeked every time myself or my husband moved on the bed, this kept us wide awake during the night. Must say after complaining, the staff moved me to room 259 which was much better.

The Booked.net site placed this hotel in them middle of Munich. This hotel is in the complete suburbs of Munich. It was completely not as advertised!!!!! Be careful!
